We provide cupcakes for the children with each party package except for the new small Nutty Professor and Engineer parties which do not include food.

Outside food is not permitted at The Fun Lab, cupcakes are provided for all birthday parties. We do allow a store-bought cake in the party rooms only if a party package is purchased. You will still receive the cupcakes for your party.

Birthday party deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to change the date of your party, please contact a Funologist at least 24 hours before your original party date. Your deposit may be applied toward a new party date as long as the new party is booked within 6 months of the original party date.

Parties canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or parties that arrive more than 30 minutes late, will forfeit their deposit.

The party room is reserved for 45 minutes.

Toward the end of the party, the arcade has 15 minutes of games and activities.

You may stay longer in the arcade if you want, once the party ends.

After the scheduled 45 minutes, your adult guests can be relocated to general seating areas, allowing the next party to occupy the party room.

You may bring decorations that are not attached to the wall or ceiling. Only mylar balloons are allowed in the party room. Balloons are not allowed on the general public floor. You may bring in customized plates, cup and napkins. Please let our party host know the day before if that is your intent. We will bag our party supplies and you can take them home with you.

Absolutely. We have a full menu of food and beverages that may be purchased in addition to what is already offered in the party package. Food and drink may be added to the party invoice or adults may purchase food and drinks separately. Specially priced add-on’s are listed when you book your party. We ask that additional food be ordered at the beginning of the party to ensure it is served with the birthday party food.

If you have two birthday children, there is an extra charge of $25. They will both get the birthday child a surprise.

Yes, we plan different games, entertainment and activities, depending on the age and number of children attending the party.

A total of 25 people can fit in a single party room.

Birthday Party Schedule

All birthday parties at The Fun Lab are 2 hours long and include 90 minutes of party room time. In most cases, families may enter the party room approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled party start time.

High Voltage Party Schedule

Your High Voltage party begins by meeting your party host, who will review the schedule and help get your group started.

Your party host will then lead your group to your selected attractions, one attraction at a time. Your group will spend approximately 15–20 minutes at each attraction, depending on the attraction selected.

After about 60 minutes of play time, your party host will bring your group back to the party room for pizza, soda, and cupcakes.

Arcade cards will be handed out near the end of the party.

Nitro and Super Nova Party Schedule

Nitro and Super Nova parties also begin by meeting your party host. Your host will review the attractions included with your party and explain how the attraction and arcade cards work.

Participants will then receive their attraction cards and arcade cards so they can enjoy the included activities.

After about 60 minutes of play time, your party host will gather your group and bring everyone back to the party room for pizza, soda, and cupcakes.

Guests may continue to enjoy any remaining attraction or arcade time after the party room portion, based on the package selected and card/pass details.
