Donation Requests
As part of our commitment to supporting local schools, libraries, parks, and nonprofit youth organizations, we have donated over $40,000 in attraction passes over the last 3 years.
Eligibility for Donations
Organizations eligible for donations include:
• 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Groups & Charities
• Schools
• Youth/Scholarship Programs
How to Request a Donation

• Requests must be submitted on official organization letterhead.
• Phone requests will not be accepted.
• If you’d like your donation mailed to you, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. We recommend 2 stamps per envelope to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen donations that are sent via mail.

Important Information
• Email requests require in-person pick-up.
• Donation pick-ups must be scheduled in advance.
• Please allow at least three weeks for review and processing your donation request.
• Same-day drop-in requests will not be processed. Drop-in requests must complete a donation form in-store and will follow the standard three-week review process.
• All requests must include:
• Non-profit tax ID number
• Contact information
• Event date and purpose
• Intended use of the donation (raffle, silent auction, door prize, etc.)
• Due to the high volume of requests, donations are reviewed based on:
• Current group customer status (e.g., schools or organizations we work with)
• Fundraising event date (requests are not always processed in the order received)
The Fun Lab reserves the right to approve or deny donation requests at its discretion.
